Aris Stambolian found our company in 1976 under "Pride Properties" for the sales and exchanges of real estate and lender for hard money loans.
From 1976 - 1985 the company was operating with three divisions:
Pride Properties continued its involvement in Hard Money Loans
Investment & Exchange Realty continued its involvement Real Estate Sales and Exchanges
Pride Properties Management was created and involved in Property Management
In 1985, a new division "Pride Properties Financial lnc." was created and added to the financial division to do Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Loans.
Since its creation, the company has been specializing in all aspects of real estate purchases, sales and exchanges. With the addition of the financial division, we were able to provide better service for customers and their financial difficulties. We are set up with over 30 major lenders, meaning we can finance in or out of state, or out of the country if necessary on all properties. Similarly, our real estate department is also qualified to help our Investors and Borrowers in their purchasing needs.
We pre-qualify and assist the prospective Purchaser l Investor in finding their investment and arranging the necessary financing to complete their acquisition. After their acquisition, if necessary, we provide expert advice in upkeep and maintenance of their new acquisition. In order for our Investor / Client to have the maximum benefit of their future gain, we assist them in their next acquisition through purchase or through tax deferred exchange.
